2. Services

Dongsheng Woman Shoes Factory provides B2B wholesale women's footwear manufacturing and supply services, including OEM, ODM, and private label manufacturing. Our website serves as an informational and inquiry platform.

3. Inquiries & Quotations

Quotations provided through our website are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing, terms, and conditions are subject to a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) agreed upon by both parties.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders require a signed Proforma Invoice before production begins
Standard payment terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment (T/T)
Alternative payment terms may be negotiated for established clients
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Production & Delivery

Standard sample lead time: 7-10 business days
Standard production lead time: 25-35 business days after deposit received
Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and season
Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) are specified in each Proforma Invoice

6. Quality Assurance

All products undergo our 6-step quality control process. Third-party inspection is welcome at the buyer's expense. Claims regarding product quality must be reported within 15 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ varies by style, starting from 100 pairs per style per color. Specific MOQ for each product is listed on our website and confirmed in the quotation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, design) is owned by Dongsheng Woman Shoes Factory
OEM/ODM designs created for clients remain the client's intellectual property
We respect intellectual property rights and will not replicate client-specific designs for other parties

9. Limitation of Liability

Dongsheng Woman Shoes Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or business transactions. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Dongguan.
